Job description
As a Commercial Customer Advisor - Business & Expat, you support B2B clients in the affiliation of their employees/customers, and you convert the leads brought by the various B&E channels into customers in order to contribute to the growth of the company and the loyalty of B2B/B2B2C/B2C customers.
On a day-to-day basis:
You welcome, listen and analyse the prospect's requests according to their situation to understand what their needs are in terms of compulsory insurance and SMA products.
You support the prospect and/or B2B customer in a personalized way by giving them information, instructions, documents/forms and answering all their questions/requests and/or redirecting them to the appropriate department(s).
You will accompany the B2B2C customer during the physical visits to our B2B customers in a personalized way by giving them information, instructions, documents/forms and by answering all their questions/requests and/or by redirecting them to the appropriate department(s).
You advise and sell (face-to-face during office hours/by phone/by videocall/by email/in group presentations) new insurance products or services according to the needs of the prospect.
You organise welcome sessions (Welcome to Belgium) by phone, email, videocall or face-to-face or in groups, to affiliate prospects (B2B2C) and actively participate in certain commercial actions (events, trade fairs, Welcome Days, etc.).
You manage inbound calls.
You follow up with prospects until they become direct customers with the prospect or B2B customer. You will send complete files internally in order to finalize the registrations.
You report any malfunctions or improvement requests concerning B2B customers to the Account Manager.
Profile
You hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent by experience) with experience in this type of function.
You have good oral and written communication skills in French and English, and Dutch is an asset.
You are comfortable with the use of a CRM and IT tools (Outlook, Excell, etc.).
You have strong communication skills and have a keen commercial sense.
You are dynamic, empathetic, optimistic and enthusiastic.
You have a sense of priorities as well as good organization.
You are resistant to stress and you are not afraid to face changes.
You know how to work independently but also as part of a team.
