As an HR Generalist, you will participate in the day-to-day management of HR activities, including onboarding, training and development, performance management, payment of employees' salaries and support them in the management of their HR administrative file to ensure their satisfaction while ensuring compliance with social legislation and internal regulations.

On a day-to-day basis: 

  • You will process employees' requests and update their administrative files based on the evolution of their personal and professional situation.

  • You will assist your manager in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.

  • You actively participate in process improvement.

  • You are participating in the HR internalization project within Medexel.


  • You are a student in your final year of university in human resources management, occupational psychology or a related field.

  • Demonstrated interest in HR practices and processes.

  • Ability to work independently while being an active member of a team.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

  • You have knowledge of Dutch. 

  • Proficiency in common computer tools (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
