Job description
As a Scrum Master, you support the company in its transformation by implementing Agile principles and practices. 💻✨
You join the Agile Transformation Office (ATO) in order to support the different departments of the company in their transformation, maximize the efficiency and collaboration of the teams, while promoting autonomy and continuous improvement to achieve the company's strategy.
👉 On a daily basis:
You act as a catalyst to align the team's goals with the overall vision of the company. This involves regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that needs and priorities are understood and integrated into the planning and execution of work.
You understand the organization's challenges, identify needs, and propose solutions to help the business achieve its Agile transformation strategy.
You are the custodian of the processes and governance in place, ensuring that departments and their teams adhere to Agile practices while seeking to adapt them to the specific context of the organization.
You support the company in the adoption and implementation of Agile values and principles, while optimizing these practices to maximize performance and customer satisfaction.
You facilitate Agile events, encouraging departments to actively participate in these processes and understand their true purpose.
You cultivate optimal collaboration with Product Owners and key stakeholders, ensuring effective synergy between the company's strategic vision and operational needs.
You promote the autonomy and performance of teams by guiding them towards responsible self-management in the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives.
You remove barriers : You identify and remove obstacles that hinder the department's progress, working closely with team members and external stakeholders.
Profile
Your profile as a Scrum Master:
You have significant experience (minimum 5 years) as a Scrum Master, with demonstrated expertise in Agile values, principles, and frameworks, especially Scrum and Kanban. A Scrum Master certification is a plus, as well as knowledge of other models such as SAFe, Spotify, ...
You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent. 🎓
You are able to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
You have strong advanced skills in facilitation, mediation and conflict resolution.
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to coach and motivate teams in complex environments.
You know the development principles and technical best practices to guide the development team.
You have an excellent command of French. A good knowledge of English is an asset.
