Relieve is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Planning and Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing logistics operations and providing exceptional customer support to our customers. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring smooth and efficient processes. 

Key Responsibilities:

📝 Logistics planning:

  • Coordinate and oversee the logistics of furniture transportation, including scheduling pickups and deliveries.

  • Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize routes and minimize transportation costs.

  • Ensure fast and accurate delivery of furniture to customers.

  • Track shipments and monitor stock levels to avoid stock-outs.

🤗 Customer Service:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing fast and professional support via email, phone, and chat.

  • Respond to customer concerns and resolve issues related to deliveries, returns, and product inquiries.

  • Provide guidance and support to customers throughout the entire purchasing process, from placing the order to delivery.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a quick and efficient resolution of any problems or complaints.

💻 Order Processing and Documentation:

  • Process incoming orders and ensure the accuracy of order details and shipping information.

  • Generate shipping labels, invoices, and other relevant documents.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse manager and staff to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

📦 Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and update inventory records as required.

  • Perform regular checks to reconcile physical inventory with system records.

Profile

  • University degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or a related field. 🎓

  • Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably in a B2B environment is a big plus

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a client-centric approach.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office 💻 suite

  • Experience with logistics management software (e.g., ERP systems, transportation management systems) is a plus

  • Mother tongue French or Dutch with sufficient skills in the other language to provide customer service. English is a plus.

  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. 👌
