What is marketing and communication?

Marketing is the set of activities and processes that allow a company to understand the expectations of consumers and customers and the situation of the market in which it operates (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats compared to the competition) in order to influence consumer behavior in the direction of its objectives.

As for commercial communication, it is all the communication actions of a company with the aim of directly or indirectly promoting the sale of one of its products or services and creating opportunities for the company. Business communication can be aimed at consumers, customers, business partners, influencers or distributors. There are 2 types of communication: media communication (advertising communication) and non-media communication.
