🌱 Join the Climate Tech Movement as a High-Level Growth Marketer
We are looking for an operational Growth Marketer to design and optimize the entire marketing funnel — from awareness to conversion.
🔥 What you'll do:
You will work closely with our CMO as well as the sales, product, and content teams to create impactful and high-performing campaigns, which fuel Tapio's growth across different regions and industries
Acquisition & Performance 💻
Create, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Capterra and explore new channels;
Launch A/B testing and conversion experiments to increase pipeline and reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC);
Manage budget and day-to-day campaign execution — without outsourcing
SEO & Organic Growth 🚀
Develop and implement Tapio's SEO strategy to improve ranking, traffic and lead generation in key markets;
Conduct keyword research and collaborate with the content team to write relevant briefs;
Strengthen domain authority via smart link building strategies.
Conversion 🤝 Optimization
Improve landing pages, email journeys, and calls to action throughout the customer journey;
Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior to identify and eliminate friction points.
Collaboration & Strategy 📈
Work collaboratively with content, sales, and product teams to align messaging and launch integrated campaigns;
Track performance through analytical dashboards and turn data into action;
Use AI tools and automation to accelerate growth in smarter ways.
Profile
We are looking for a results-oriented marketer who is comfortable in a high-impact environment, able to combine creative thinking with data-driven decisions.
👌 Essential
5 years (or more) of experience in B2B marketing focused on growth and/or performance (ideally in SaaS or tech); 🎓
Proven experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Google, LinkedIn, Meta);
Management of 5-digit monthly budgets with a measurable return on investment;
Operational mastery of SEO with concrete results in terms of organic growth;
Strong skills in CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools;
Familiarity with AI-based marketing tools or growth hacking methodologies;
Analytical mind, ability to manage dashboards, KPIs and experimentation frameworks;
Autonomy, proactivity and ease in managing multiple projects;
Fluency in English. French and/or Dutch.
