Job description

You will work closely with our Marketing Director and our sales, product and service teams. Your job is simple to describe, but broad in practice: creating useful and relevant content that helps Tapio grow.

You will need to:

Understand what our audience is interested in and tailor content accordingly.

create clear and engaging content about Tapio, sustainability and our industry (articles, case studies, videos, white papers, ebooks, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, etc.);
Turn ideas into concrete elements that convert interest into leads.
create content for web pages and coordinate translations (EN/FR/NL);
write content that improves our visibility (SEO/GEO/AEO);
publish and distribute content across all our channels;
produce useful and relevant content for an ESG community;
Support communication around events and webinars.

Profile

Your profile:
We’re looking for someone who’s creative, curious, and eager to learn fast. You’re comfortable testing new tools, picking up new skills, and trying things before they feel perfect.

✨ Must-haves:

Previous experience in content marketing (B2B SaaS, tech, sustainability...)
a track record of turning content into leads
not afraid of using cutting edge tools & AI, experimenting, and learning fast
proactive, autonomous, and good at handling several projects at once
strong writing in English and French/Dutch
