We are revolutionising the way companies design and free themselves from their furniture, by offering 100% circular solutions based on the reuse and resale of high-quality furniture. We enable companies to reduce their ecological footprint while creating aesthetically pleasing and responsible offices.
To support our growth, we are looking for a Sales & Account Manager who is passionate about environmental impact and circularity with a deep knowledge of the office furniture and/or real estate market, to develop our network of professional buyers and orchestrate the sale of upcycled furniture.
👉 Job description:
As a Sales & Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
Develop and manage a portfolio of professional clients (mainly companies, brokers, architectural offices, coworkings, Startups) wishing to buy upcycled furniture.
Maintain strong relationships with our network of buyers, understand their needs and advise them appropriately.
Actively prospect for new potential customers and identify resale opportunities aligned with our circular values.
Negotiate and close furniture sales, following up on quotes, orders and deliveries.
Coordinate the small logistical and administrative steps related to sales, with the project team.
Represent Relieve at events or trade shows to grow our network of customers and partners.
Provide feedback from the field to improve our processes and the quality of service.
Profile
⭐ Your profile:
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account management, ideally in fittings, furniture or an impact environment.
Languages: Excellent command of Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English.
You have a result- and solution-oriented approach, with a sense of customer contact.
You are proactive, organized and able to manage priorities in a changing environment.
You want to contribute to a more sustainable consumption model. 🌱
