Job description
Relieve is developing an innovative SaaS solution to transform the management of office furniture and assets, facilitating reuse, traceability and measurable environmental impact.
Our ambition is clear: to change purchasing habits in the long term, to structure the circular economy on a large scale and to prove that impact and business performance go hand in hand.
🎯 Your role
As a SaaS Sales & Account Manager, you are at the heart of the product's growth.
You combine sales, customer support and commercial structuring.
You are responsible for:
sell the solution,
onboard and support customers,
Turning feedback from the field into product improvement.
🚀 Your missions
1. Sales (New Business)
Identify, qualify and convert leads (SMEs, large companies, partners).
Conduct product demos (video and face-to-face).
Build offers adapted to customer needs.
Manage the sales cycle from A to Z (from first contact to closing).
Contribute to the definition of the SaaS business strategy.
2. Account Management
Ensure the onboarding of new customers.
Be the main post-sales point of contact.
Track platform usage and maximize adoption.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Build long-term customer loyalty.
3. Feedback & Product
Collect customer feedback in a structured way.
Work directly with the product/tech team.
Participate in the continuous improvement of SaaS (features, pricing, UX).
Profile

Hard skills
Experience in B2B sales, ideally on a SaaS solution.
Comfortable with consultative sales cycles.
Perfect trilingual FR/NL/EN
Ability to make clear and impactful demos.
Structured, comfortable with CRM, digital tools and reporting.
Soft skills
Entrepreneurial spirit (you like to build, test, iterate).
Excellent oral and written communication.
Solution-oriented, no problem.
Autonomous, responsible and proactive.
Sensitivity to impact, circular economy or sustainability (big plus).
