At Tapio, we are building a SaaS platform that helps companies measure, reduce and manage their carbon impact.
But beyond the product, our goal is clear: to take a strong place in the market and accelerate the climate transition.
To achieve this, we need salespeople who know how to create opportunities where others don't go.
Your role is to:
Define and execute an ambitious business strategy
Identify, approach and convert new accounts (mid-market & large accounts)
Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, negotiation, closing
Build strong relationships with decision-makers (C-level, sustainability, procurement, etc.)
Turning interest into concrete deals
But also:
Find new ways to generate leads (outbound, partnerships, events...)
Continuously test, iterate and improve your approaches
Using tools and AI to be faster, more accurate, more efficient
Share your insights with marketing and product teams to improve our go-to-market
We're looking for someone who doesn't just run a playbook, but helps build it.
Profile
You are our future sales medior if you have:
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales
Mandatory SaaS experience (non-negotiable)
Solid track record: you have already achieved or exceeded your goals
Experience on complete sales cycles and structured deals
You can demonstrate that you have already generated concrete results by using AI in your work (prospecting, qualification, closing, organization...)
You are someone who:
knows how to prospect intelligently and open doors
likes to close and go to the end of things
is comfortable with high-level interlocutors
is autonomous, structured and results-oriented
And above all:
You're full of ideas to generate business
You test, you adjust, you move forward
You use the right tools to go faster and perform better
Languages:
Perfect French and English
Dutch is a big plus
