Business Process Analyst

As a dedicated Business Analyst for the Automation program, you actively contribute to process analysis and improvement to identify automation opportunities and maximize their value to the organization. 

Thanks to your cross-functional vision, your ability to analyze qualitatively and quantitatively, and your ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams, you feed a solid and coherent automation pipeline.

On a daily basis:

1. Improvement and preparation of automation use cases

• You frame the requests by validating the need, the scope and the potential value.

• You collect and synthesize the necessary information (interview, workshop, document review, data analysis).

• You model current processes (AS-IS) 

• You identify irritants, repetitive tasks and automation opportunities and design the optimized versions (TO-BE).

• You prepare the necessary documentation for the technical teams.

• You help prioritize the automation pipeline.

• You support the business lines in pre-production tests.

• You measure the gains after going live.

2. Proactive process improvement

• You map the processes impacted by automation.

• You assess their maturity and identify  the levers for improvement.

• You contribute to the development of standards and best practices

3. Contribution to the BPA Program and Team

• You will participate in the evolution of the methods of the BPA and Automation team.

• You will contribute to the management of the backlog, prioritization and monitoring of the program's Kanban.

• You act as an ambassador for the BPA program and team.

• You collaborate with all stakeholders : business, IT, RPA, data, etc.

Your profile as a Business Process Analyst :

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Process Analyst.

• You demonstrate experience in conducting interviews and workshops.

• You are comfortable with data, KPIs and quantitative analyses.

• You have a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis.

• You are dynamic, solution-oriented and a team player.

• You have an affinity for RPA, workflows, or similar solutions.

• Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 is desired.

• Agile / Lean / Six Sigma proficiency is an asset.
