Intern - Talent Development
Job description
As an intern in the Talent Development team, you will support the team in the transformation of our LMS into an LXP, a platform focused on the learner and their skills and actively contribute to an innovative project to digitize the learning experience.
On a daily basis:
You will contribute to the integration of the competency framework into the LXP by preparing and structuring the data, collaborating with the service provider, linking skills and training, updating the tool and supporting the implementation of the evaluation system.
You test the new LMS/LXP by analyzing issues, documenting anomalies and proposing solutions to improve the tool.
You will contribute to the construction of skills-based training courses by structuring standard courses and organising content according to business or professional development logics.
You create user materials by making simple tutorials and making it easier for users to get to grips with the LXP .
You will provide operational support to the Talent Development department by monitoring training, updating content, operationalizing courses, organizing the logistical sessions and internal communication around Learning & Development initiatives.
Profile
Your profile as an Intern - Talent Development:
You are following a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (or Management Sciences or Economics).
You have an interest in digital learning, HR skills and tools.
You demonstrate rigor, organization and the ability to structure data.
You are comfortable with digital tools.
You want to learn, collaborate and contribute to a transformation project.
