Intern - Talent Management

As part of Partenamut's strategy, "talent management" is an important focus. The Talent Management Center of Excellence is in charge of processes related to Retention, Performance and Skills

As a Talent Management Intern , you will assist the Talent Management Center of Excellence on the various projects in progress

On a daily basis:

• You support the team in the implementation of processes in the company.

• You will support the team in the improvement of processes (such as Performance policy).

• You participate in the life of the team: participation in alignments, team meetings, etc.

• You support the team in certain administrative tasks.

• You participate in the life of the Human Relations department.

Your strengths:

Your profile as a Talent Management Intern:

• You have completed a Master's degree in Human Resources Management or Management/Economics Sciences.

• You use artificial intelligence regularly and have a critical mind about its use.

• You respect and are responsible for the confidentiality of the data you process.

• You are curious and a team player.

• You are organized, autonomous, rigorous and creative.

• You are proactive, reactive and results-oriented.

• You have a certain ease with numbers and an analytical mind (reporting).

• You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word).
