Job description

As a Facility Intern, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth daily running of the site by combining reception, logistical support, operational management and coordination of services, in compliance with quality, safety and efficiency standards.

  • You will welcome, orient and manage access for visitors, external speakers and event participants.

  • You will manage security and emergency situations, in conjunction with the competent services and prevention.

  • You will be responsible for the management of incoming mail (sorting, distribution, registered mail) as well as the associated administrative support .

  • You organize, prepare and control meeting rooms and common areas.

  • You will manage stocks, orders and monitoring of consumables (catering, maintenance, equipment).

  • You coordinate catering, provide service during meetings/events and provide logistical support, including outside standard hours.

  • You will monitor equipment, infrastructure, car parks and coordinate with external suppliers and service providers.

  • You will contribute to the proper functioning of the site through archive management, updating procedures, preventive maintenance and eco-responsible actions.

Your profile as a facility intern

  • You demonstrate excellent organizational skills and rigor in administrative follow-up.

  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of customer service.

  • You are reactive to the unexpected and able to manage urgent or sensitive situations.

  • You are discreet, professional and strictly respect confidentiality.

  • You manage your stress effectively, especially during busy periods or at events.

  • You are able to work independently while collaborating with different departments.

  • You are comfortable with varied and operational tasks.

  • You are willing to work entirely in person.
