Your mission

You are at the heart of the system:

Planning & coordination: You contribute to the updating and monitoring of the schedule, in conjunction with the team.

Staffing: You help identify and contact trainers, monitor availability and prepare interventions.

Communication & attractiveness: You contribute to exchanges with learners, trainers and partners (emails, practical information, follow-up). This includes:

Meet project partners and create a bond of trust
Write and distribute communications related to training
Contribute to completing training courses and improving the visibility of training courses

Administrative: You help with the management of documents (attendance, conventions, simple monitoring of indicators).

Training in management, project management or communication (bachelor's or master's degree)
Organized, rigorous, comfortable with several files in parallel
Good communicator, both written and spoken
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel
