Internship – Talent Coordinator
Job description
BeCode Talent connects 4,500+ BeCode alumni (developers, data specialists, cybersecurity and cloud profiles) with companies looking to scale their digital teams.
During this internship, you will support the Talent team in matching candidates with client needs. You will progressively discover how recruitment, talent matching and client interactions work in a real environment, while being guided by experienced team members.
Your mission (learning & contribution)
Talent sourcing & pipeline support: You contribute to mapping available alumni profiles and help maintain an up-to-date talent pool. You assist in identifying relevant candidates for incoming client requests.
Client matching support: You support the team in understanding client needs, selecting relevant profiles and preparing candidate presentations. You help coordinate the introduction process.
Follow-up of missions (Try & Hire): You assist in tracking ongoing alumni missions, collecting feedback from clients and talents, and supporting smooth collaboration.
Commercial support: You contribute to prospecting activities, help prepare profile proposals and support the business development pipeline.
Admin & reporting: You help maintain CRM records, track placements and contribute to basic activity reporting.
Profile
Profile
Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Personnel Management, Organizational Psychology or equivalent
Comfortable communicating with different stakeholders
Organised, reliable and willing to learn
Fluency in French and English required; Dutch is a plus
Genuine interest in recruitment and people-matching
Affinity with the tech sector and social impact mission

Internship Conditions
Internship as part of an academic program (internship agreement with an educational institution required)
Duration: 3 to 6 months, starting May 2026
Full-time or 80%
