Case Manager (Medical / Incapacity for Work)
Job description
As a case manager in the Medical Incapacity for Work department, your mission is to carry out all the procedures relating to incapacity for work and manage the administrative aspects necessary to establish a complete medical file for decision-making.
You are the privileged interlocutor within the company and must, in this context, manage contacts with the client and the medical advisor, whether by phone, post or email, in order to transmit the expected and/or required information, to ensure a quality follow-up of the file.
On a daily basis:
You receive information transmitted by the client, distinguish the essential data, in order to ensure the administrative follow-up of disabilities. You are the relay between the medical advisor and the client.
You will search for and complete socio-professional or medical information from the client or the attending physicians/specialists in order to enable the medical advisor to estimate the incapacity for work.
You will receive declarations of incapacity for work, examine their content according to formal criteria and analyse in detail the administrative aspects of the client file and the medical history of their incapacities.
Once the material has been acquired, you will make decisions to agree, refuse or sanction in the event of delegation (of power) or forward the requests to the medical advisor so that he or she can decide.
You will ensure contact with the customer, provide them with detailed information and advise them on their various questions or needs through all the communication channels at your disposal (letters, emails and telephone).

Your profile as a case manager in the Medical Incapacity for Work department:
You communicate clearly in French, both orally and in writing, to ensure quality contacts.
You like to learn and quickly assimilate new subjects.
You have a good capacity for analysis and synthesis.
You are proactive both in the analysis of files and in contacts with our clients.
You are customer- and result-oriented and have an eye for detail.
You work autonomously while following procedures and respecting the limits established by legislation.
You like teamwork.
