Job description

We are recruiting a Supply Chain Operator at Bambaw! If you're digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and excited about coordinating logistics across continents, we'd love to hear from you. Join us in keeping our supply chain running smoothly to support our sustainability mission.

🌍 Hybrid – Brussels, Belgium

⏰ Full-time | Mon–Fri | 9:00–18:00 CET (Brussels)

About the Company:

Bambaw is a Belgian sustainable lifestyle brand dedicated to reducing waste and promoting sustainable alternatives to everyday products. We are part of Brolutions, a group that also includes Oravix (oral care) and Arista Ayurveda (personal care). Our supply chain spans from Asian and European suppliers to European and North American 3PL hubs, serving customers across Amazon (EU, UK, USA, CA), our own website, and wholesale partners.

About the position:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Operator to support the execution of our procurement and logistics supply chain processes. You will work closely with our Purchasing and Logistics Coordinators, managing the day-to-day operational tasks that ensure the advancement of goods and the accuracy of systems. It's a digital, systems-driven role: you'll spend your days coordinating via email, ERP systems, Excel spreadsheets, and online platforms, working with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and suppliers. By taking over execution, you'll free up the team to focus on planning and optimization.

Key responsibilities:

Share transfers and rebalancing (25%)

  • Execute all inventory transfers between warehouses (EU hub, Amazon EU/UK hub, US hub, US FBA) based on rebalancing recommendations

  • Ensure that transfers are processed on time and are correctly reflected in all systems

Inbound Amazon/3PL management (25%)

  • Develop shipping plans, monitor inbound FBA and AWD shipments, and resolve receiving discrepancies

  • Make sure you arrive in a timely manner and accurately track Amazon and 3PL systems

Cargo coordination and documentation (20%)

  • Prepare shipping documents and coordinate with freight forwarders

  • Track container movements and ensure documentation accuracy

Supplier communication and system accuracy (20%)

  • Follow up with suppliers regarding post confirmations, load preparation dates, and shipping schedules

  • Ensure that every update on the supplier side (delays, quantity changes, rescheduled reshipments) is immediately reflected in our ERP, so that the planning tools are always working on accurate data

Payment preparation and operational support (10%)

  • Process payment requests from suppliers, verify invoices against OPs and ensure timely payment execution

  • Contribute to the improvement of our internal tools and workflows in collaboration with our IT team, who develop tailor-made solutions to support the supply chain

Profile

About you:

  • 1-3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations, in a digital or 3PL managed environment. Recent graduates with relevant internships are welcome

  • Digital proficiency: You're comfortable spending days working with Office 365, online platforms, and digital coordination tools. This is an office position, not a field or warehouse position

  • Great attention to detail and a personal commitment to data accuracy. You understand that a missed system update has downstream consequences for the location of physical assets.

  • Proactive communicator: You report issues early on with clear context rather than waiting to be asked

  • Able to handle multiple tasks and systems simultaneously without losing track

  • Language of work (language of work). French at B1+ level for the Brussels office environment

  • Valid work permit in the EU

It's nice to have :

  • Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and FBA/AWD inbound flows

  • Experience with cargo documentation (bills of lading, packing lists, commercial invoices)

  • Experience with EXCEL and/or invoice processing

Why apply?

Why join Bambaw:

  • Join a growing, mission-driven company, where your work directly keeps sustainable products on shelves across three continents

  • Work with an in-house IT team that develops custom tools to support your workflows. You won't just use systems, you'll help shape them

  • Competitive Belgian salary package including good meals, eco vouchers, health insurance, group bonus and net allowance

  • Hybrid installation in our Brussels office (Etterbeek) with a collaborative and international team

  • Grow within a company that values operational excellence and rewards reliability
