Brand Manager
Job description
About Us
Bambaw is a sustainable consumer goods brand on a mission to reduce waste and offer low-tox alternatives to everyday products. We design practical, reusable essentials that are better for people and the planet.
Our products are sold across Europe, the USA, and Canada. To continue growing Bambaw across these markets, we are looking for a Brand Manager to own the brand end-to-end, from positioning to launch to performance tracking.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a structured and commercially minded Brand Manager who can:
Turn customer insights into clear positioning.
Write strong briefs that designers and product teams can execute without confusion.
Drive product launches with discipline and ownership.
Monitor performance and take action when results decline.
You must be comfortable making decisions, locking direction, and escalating risks early.
If you enjoy combining strategy, execution, and commercial thinking, this role is for you.
Your Responsibilities
1. Own Brand Positioning & Visibility
Define and maintain clear positioning across Amazon, Website, Social, and Wholesale.
Monitor branded search and visibility trends, and take action if performance declines.
2. Drive Product Launches
Write clear Market Requirement Briefs and lock positioning before production.
Own launch timelines, align teams early, and review post-launch performance.
3. Maintain Brand Clarity & Governance
Write production-ready Brand Briefs with clear claims and messaging.
Keep positioning and guardrails updated based on customer signals.
4. Manage Commercial Performance
Review monthly performance across channels with strong margin awareness.
Identify weak SKUs and propose clear actions (improve, reposition, bundle, reprice, or stop).
5. Turn Insights Into Action
Review customer feedback and market signals monthly.
Translate insights into concrete updates to briefs, positioning, or product decisions.
Profile
Must-Have
3–7 years of experience in Brand Management, Product Marketing, or Category Management.
Experience owning a product launch from brief to post-launch review.
Experience writing briefs executed by a design or studio team.
Strong commercial awareness (understands revenue, margin, pricing logic).
Structured and disciplined way of working.
Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information.
Clear communicator who escalates risks early.
Experience in eCommerce (Amazon experience is a strong plus).
