Warehouse & Logistics Manager

🎯 Your role

As Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you will be the pilot of our warehouse and logistics flows. Not just a manager: a true independent conductor, rigorous and multitasking, capable of taking a step back but also acting in the field when necessary.

✨ What you'll do on a daily basis

• Manage and optimize all warehouse operations (reception, storage, preparation, shipping).

• Manage and motivate a versatile logistics team.

• Monitor logistics KPIs and implement concrete solutions to increase efficiency.

• Be proactive and quickly find solutions to unforeseen events.

• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers and customers.

• Guarantee compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards.

Our mission: to offer a culinary experience, in the workplace, with fresh products prepared by our catering and restaurant partners. To achieve this, optimal management of our warehouse and fresh produce logistics is essential.

We grow fast, and to scale our operations, we are looking for someone who is ready to get their hands dirty, make decisions and make things happen.

🧑 💻 Profile we are looking for

• 1 to 3 years of experience in warehouse management / logistics (the cold is a big plus ❄️).

• Independent : you know how to take initiative and move forward without being held by your hand.

• Rigorous : you don't let anything pass, everything is square and followed.

• Multitasking : You manage several topics in parallel without losing track.

• Field manager, comfortable supervising and supporting a team.

• Comfortable with logistics tools (WMS, ERP, Excel) and data-oriented.
