We are looking for a Chef de Rang (M/F/X) to strengthen our Brasserie team.
As Chef de Rang, you assist the Brewery Manager in the daily life of the Brasserie and ensure the smooth running of the service in the dining room. You ensure a smooth customer experience, while ensuring operational excellence.
Your main responsibilities are as follows:
Supervise the brewery's clerks in order to guarantee a quality service to our customers in a spirit of friendliness and efficiency.
Greet and advise guests upon arrival
Participate in the implementation of the service
Ensure the coordination of catering services according to the specific needs of the customers, in collaboration with the manager.
To represent the image of the establishment with professionalism and careful presentation.
Be the real right-hand man of the Brewery Manager
Profile
What we are looking for:
You have a successful experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in a brasserie or restaurant. Experience in a gastronomic type establishment is a real asset.
You embody a professional and elegant image, with a neat presentation and a good sense of contact.
You have a high degree of resistance to stress and an impeccable sense of service.
You demonstrate great rigor and a good sense of organization
