Coffee Machine Maintenance & Restocking Employee (Flexi Job / Part Time)

We are looking for a multi-skilled employee (M/F/X) to maintain, clean and replenish coffee machines as well as beverage and food dispensers installed at our professional client located in the heart of Brussels.

This short but regular role is ideal for a flexi-job, a student or someone looking for a complementary activity in a structured B2B environment.

🔧 Your responsibilities

• Restock coffee machines: beans, milk, chocolate, consumables, cups, etc.

• Restock food and beverage vending machines.

• Clean the machines and ensure impeccable hygiene.

• Carry out small preventive maintenance operations (rinsing, simple descaling, replacement of easy wear parts).

• Report breakdowns or anomalies via a digital tool.

• Maintain professional communication with customers on-site.

• Ensure the cleanliness and compliance of the facilities.

• You are the point of contact for Frigo Loco at the customer's site

• Reliable, punctual and autonomous.

• Comfortable in a B2B customer environment.

• Sense of service and attention to detail.

• Good human contact

• Ability to follow simple and repetitive procedures.

• B permit not required (site accessible by public transport).

• Ideally bilingual NL/FR

• Experience in hospitality, vending or light maintenance = a plus, but not essential.
