Job description

As an expert in your field and a real player in the field, you are in direct contact with our existing customers and future partners:

  • You will enthusiastically present our range of industrial products – labels of all types, ribbons, printers, labeling pliers and other solutions related to packaging and labeling – and ensure that the best commercial terms are negotiated.

  • You identify, understand and anticipate your customers' needs and expectations.

  • You actively develop your portfolio: prospecting, regular monitoring and loyalty.

  • You detect new market opportunities and approach new prospects (calls, appointments, event attendance, etc.).

 You will ensure a rigorous and professional follow-up of customer offers, in close collaboration with the production back office, from their development to delivery:

  • Management and follow-up of current offers and contracts.

  • Follow-up of telephone and e-mail exchanges.

  • Ensures customer satisfaction throughout the process.

 At TURBEL, your role goes beyond just selling:

  • Together with the Product Manager and Marketing, you actively contribute to the sales campaigns and analyse the results.

  • You will propose innovative and creative ideas to approach the market and convince your interlocutors.

  • You work hand in hand with the back-office team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

  • You participate in internal meetings and share your observations from the field: trends, needs, challenges and opportunities.

Profile

  • Communicative, dynamic and with a strong commercial sense, you like to meet your interlocutors and the industrial world arouses your curiosity.

  • Customer and result-oriented, you know how to transform needs into concrete opportunities.

  • Your assertive personality and excellent commercial feeling make you a good and convincing negotiator.

  • Persistent, energetic and pragmatic, you like environments where you move quickly from idea to action ("hands-on").

  • Proactive and autonomous, you also know how to collaborate effectively with internal teams.

  • You are fluent in French, and knowledge of English is a valued asset.

Conduct of interviews

  1. First contact: an interview with our HR and our Sales Manager to get to know each other, discuss your career path and your ambitions... and so that you can feel the energy of our team!

  2. Second step: a more in-depth interview with the Sales Manager and the Management. On the program: business case (promised, nothing too cruel 😄) and debriefing to explore your approach and your vision.

  3. Finally, immersion in the field: if everything goes well, you will spend half a day with a member of our team to experience the daily life of the position and check that the "match" is real, both for you and for us.
