Job description
We are looking for a motivated operational intern to join us for an internship of at least 2 months. This position is ideal for someone who is organized and interested in logistics, inventory management, and sustainability in the furniture industry.

Main responsibilities:
Customer follow-up and incoming project requests
Customer contact management on the front line
Realization of furniture inventories, ensuring accurate data entry and efficient management of existing inventory on our platform
Support of the logistics team in the planning of deliveries, collections and the overall coordination of the schedule.
Assists with order picking and labeling furniture for shipping.
Tracking deliveries and collections to ensure fast fulfillment and communication with customers.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve operational and logistical efficiency.
Profile
Student or recent graduate profile
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Fluency in English + French and/or Dutch
Attraction to participate in a growing sustainable project and interest in the circular economy.
