👉 Your mission

Here, you learn by doing. You will be at the heart of the brewery, the sorcerer's apprentice of B2B infusions in the Boiler Room with the brewers.

• Stirring, fermenting and packaging the Smiles, from the tea leaf to the cold can.

• Organize production and logistics, like Tetris but with crates in a (very) large fridge.

• To pay attention to quality and safety, because a happy kombucha is first and foremost a well-pampered kombucha. 💛

• Manage stocks and maintain equipment, so that nothing is missing and everything slides, Brice.

• Coming up with your ideas and testing them together: we love to turn good ideas into action. 💪

Every day is a little adventure: you brew, you whisper in the ear of the vats, and you leave with the satisfaction of having created something alive.

And sometimes... your sleeves will smell of fermented tea. That's part of the charm. 😏
