Belgium has a rich history in brewing. At Smile Kombucha, we keep this tradition alive, literally. We make live fermented tea, brewed with love and which contains a maximum of microorganisms that are good for your belly.
It's organic, completely natural, low in calories and unpasteurized. Basically, you let the magic of fermentation work and the result is 👌!
In short, we want to make healthy, alcohol-free drinks accessible to everyone. 💛

And your role?
To make our cold drinks shine and convert the world to the love of kombucha. Spoiler alert: it takes a lot of fun and a little work (but I promise, it's cool).
With Chloé, our sales manager as your partner in crime, you will:
Putting strategy into action : Turning our big ideas (thanks to the business plan) into impactful business tactics.
Chase new opportunities : Find the best bars, restaurants and organic stores to become our future beloved customers, and follow up in our CRM.
Convert in style : Perfect your negotiation skills to turn "maybes" into "yes, obviously!" 😎
Maintain top relationships : Pamper our distributors and partners with meticulous follow-up, heartfelt reminders and zero hiccups left unanswered.
Boost our marketing actions : Propose clever ideas and lend a hand to deploy them.
Watch over the competition : Stay on top of what's going on elsewhere to keep our brewing ahead.
Play with numbers : Carry out stylish analyses (profitability, star products, top channels, etc.) to guide our decisions. 📊
What you will develop:
At the end of this internship, you will leave with:
Real field experience in B2B sales in the food & beverage sector
The ability to manage a portfolio of customers from A to Z
A reading of the dynamics of distribution in Belgium (organic, horeca, mass distribution)
Business analysis reflexes that you can reuse everywhere
Profile
You are a business, marketing or management student, and you are looking for an internship where you will really do something.
What we are looking for concretely:
Fluent French essential, operational English, Dutch = big advantage
Comfortable with everyday tools: Excel, CRM, Google Workspace
You're not afraid to pick up a phone or push the door of a store
You know how to organize your work without being held by your hand
You're curious about the numbers: a business case doesn't scare you away
The B license is a plus (but not a blocker)
Available minimum 3 months, ideally from May
