INTERNSHIP in Project Management and Sales - No Code Application Creation

✨ About GR'EAT granola:

Founded in 2015, GR'EAT granola's mission is to inspire a healthier and more responsible lifestyle! Our company specialises in the production of healthy and tasty food, made in the most sustainable way possible. Our current range consists of organic and gluten-free granola. Prepared by hand in Brussels in small batches in our workshop, GR'EAT granola is made according to a secret family recipe. We have also recently launched nut & granola and porridge butters. We prepare more than '10,000 granola bowls' per day in Belgium and we continue to grow by developing new products daily. To support this development, we are looking for an intern.

👉 Main missions

Analysis of user needs (field phase)

• Understand existing sales processes and reporting needs.

• Observe and exchange with sales representatives in the field.

• Formalize functional and technical needs.

Improvement and finalization of the application (AppSheet / Google Sheets)

• Structure and automate visit encoding forms.

• Integrate analytics features (customers, products, competitors, etc.).

• Connect data to Looker Studio for performance tracking (visits, rotations, sales).

Testing phase and continuous improvement

• Collect user feedback.

• Correct and optimize features throughout the internship.

Documentation & skills transfer

• Write a comprehensive use and maintenance guide.

• Propose avenues for development for the rest of the project.

👌 Side Missions

• Participate in production activities on an ad hoc basis to better understand the overall functioning of the company.

• Be present at tastings, trade shows or events in order to represent the brand and observe the customer relationship in the field.

• Student in Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Management or Computer Science.

• Internship with a focus on project management / digitalization of internal processes.

• Good command of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, automations, data structure).

• Interest or first experience with AppSheet and Looker Studio.

• Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into concrete solutions.

• You are available for a minimum of 3 months. 📆
