
Payroll Team Manager
Job description
👉 On a daily basis:
You will supervise a team of 6 employees and ensure its smooth running on a daily basis.
You translate the overall strategy into concrete goals for your team and ensure its implementation in the field.
You manage the performance of your department using key indicators, by optimally planning human, technical and financial resources.
You support the development of your employees with a personalized coaching approach, taking into account their individual needs.
You will unite your team around a common vision and promote fluid, benevolent and transparent communication, both orally and in writing.
You have a perfect command of your field of expertise and remain attentive to regulatory, technological and technical developments in order to anticipate their impact on your service.
You are a source of proposals to improve processes, always with the aim of placing the customer at the centre of your priorities.
Profile
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree (in Human Resources Management, Labor Sciences or similar). 🎓
You have at least 3 years of significant experience in the field of payroll, in a company of similar size or in a social secretariat.
You also have proven experience (minimum 3 years) in team management.
You have an in-depth knowledge of Belgian social legislation and labour law.
Mastery of Expert Salary and MPLEO software is a significant asset.
You stand out for your customer orientation, your sense of service and your daily involvement.
You are rigorous, results-oriented, pragmatic, and driven by continuous improvement.
Curious and proactive, you stay on the lookout for good practices and you gladly inspire other organizations to feed your reflections.
