
Controlling Manager
Job description
As a Management Control Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
👉 Your role will include:
Management of the Management Control department
Supervise and coordinate the team;
Ensure the consistency, reliability and punctuality of deliverables;
Promote skills development and team dynamics.
Financial performance management
Oversee monthly closings, forecasts, budgets and medium-term plans;
Produce economic and financial analyses to support the Executive Committee;
Collaborate with accounting, purchasing, HR, facilities, etc.
Optimization of tools and processes
Structure and standardize reporting;
Automate processes and improve tools (including Tableau);
Be a functional sponsor for the evolution of decision-making tools.
Strategic support to the Finance Department
Contribute to cross-functional financial files and the overall strategy;
Strengthen business partnering practices within the organization.
Profile
Master's degree in Finance, Management or equivalent 🎓
Minimum 10 years of experience in management control, including 5 years in team management (ideally > 5 people);
Strong expertise in change management and process improvement;
Strong leadership, organizational skills and results-oriented 🚀;
Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills;
Perfect command of French; Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
