Job description

As a Management Control Manager, you will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

👉 Your role will include:

Management of the Management Control department

  • Supervise and coordinate the team;

  • Ensure the consistency, reliability and punctuality of deliverables;

  • Promote skills development and team dynamics.

Financial performance management

  • Oversee monthly closings, forecasts, budgets and medium-term plans;

  • Produce economic and financial analyses to support the Executive Committee;

  • Collaborate with accounting, purchasing, HR, facilities, etc.

Optimization of tools and processes

  • Structure and standardize reporting;

  • Automate processes and improve tools (including Tableau);

  • Be a functional sponsor for the evolution of decision-making tools.

Strategic support to the Finance Department

  • Contribute to cross-functional financial files and the overall strategy;

  • Strengthen business partnering practices within the organization.

Profile

  • Master's degree in Finance, Management or equivalent 🎓

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in management control, including 5 years in team management (ideally > 5 people);

  • Strong expertise in change management and process improvement;

  • Strong leadership, organizational skills and results-oriented 🚀;

  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills;

  • Perfect command of French; Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
