Team Leader - Medical, Healthcare & Member Payment
Job description
As a Team Manager – Medical, Healthcare and Member Payment, you will organise the work within the two teams (based in Liège) and participate in the achievement of the department's objectives in harmony with the Manager's function and directives.
👉 On a daily basis:
You will participate in the implementation of the strategy in the field and break down strategic objectives into team objectives.
You control performance by defining and monitoring key performance indicators for your team in order to manage its activities, and identify opportunities for progress by keeping the customer at the center of your thinking.
You manage your team and ensure its smooth running by setting up work processes, distributing work and planning technical, human and, if necessary, financial resources.
You help your employees grow by ensuring the development of their skills, in particular through a coaching and support approach, and by taking into account the needs or capacity for change of each person.
You unite your team by giving meaning to messages, by ensuring that company information is disseminated to your team and by ensuring that information is passed on from the field.
You will take charge of yourself by getting involved in a program to develop managerial knowledge and skills.
Profile
Your profile as a Team Leader – Medical, Healthcare & Payment, Members:
You have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent by experience).
You have at least 3 years' experience in team management (operational team of at least 20 people), with the ability to supervise employees with various profiles.
You demonstrate strong leadership skills that allow you to guide and support your teams during changes in tools, processes or changes within the organization.
You have a good team spirit and your interpersonal skills allow you to unite your employees, coach them, motivate them and reassure them when necessary.
You are open-minded and your global vision pushes you to question existing processes and actively work on their continuous improvement.
You are rigorous, results-oriented and enjoy taking on strategic challenges and helping to shape the challenges of tomorrow for the mutuality.
You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), which are essential to your daily business.
You are flexible in terms of where you work and have no difficulty moving between offices in Brussels, Liège and sometimes Mons every week.
