Job description
Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities as a Walloon Brabant-Brussels Sales Advisor:
To make sales (remotely and physical appointments in branches) in compulsory insurance & dental and hospitalization products to prospects (non-AO customers).
Prospecting for new potential customers by phone, chat, e-mail or video conference on the basis of lists of leads or opportunities for compulsory insurance, supplementary insurance and for dental and hospitalization products.
Ask for references (sponsorships or CVCs) from prospects so that you can prospect afterwards.
Be the sales support for other internal departments for making appointments with prospects and customers (marketing leads and service center calls for in-branch appointments, video conferences or phone calls).
Welcome, listen and analyze the prospect's requests according to his or her situation to understand what his or her needs are in terms of compulsory insurance and supplementary insurance products.
To follow up on the sale with the prospect and to send complete files of new customers internally in order to finalize affiliations.
To respect the company's sales methodology and participate in its improvement.
To ensure competitive monitoring by providing customer information and by analysing or keeping abreast of changes in the competition and its products.
Profile
Your strengths:
As a Sales Advisor - Walloon Brabant- Brussels , your profile:
You have a level of training or equivalent to a Bachelor's degree or equivalent by experience
You have 1-3 years of professional experience
You have a good knowledge of English (oral and written - min B1)
You have very good writing skills
You like teamwork
You adapt easily to change
You have a sense of respect, quality and enjoy playing the role of advisor
You are customer-oriented, you are an active listener and manage your emotions very well.
