Job description

As an IT Service Desk Expert (L3), you are the technical point of contact for complex and critical incidents. You will intervene on issues requiring in-depth expertise, ensure the resolution of major incidents and contribute to the stability and evolution of the IT environment.

Your objective is to guarantee continuity of service and provide sustainable solutions to advanced technical issues.
On a daily basis :

  • You take charge of complex incidents escalated by the L2.

  • You will perform in-depth technical analyses to quickly identify the origin of critical issues.

  • You resolve high-impact incidents (P1/P2) and ensure operational stability.

  • You document your analyses and resolutions in a comprehensive and structured way.

  • You will intervene as an expert during major incidents and participate in technical bridges.

  • You provide stakeholders with the technical analysis necessary for decision-making.

  • You identify recurring root causes and propose corrective or preventive measures.

  • You contribute to Problem Management analyses and participate in Post Incident Reviews (PIRs).

  • You will support the L1 and L2 teams in their skills development on technical issues.

  • You will participate in technical projects and architecture decisions to strengthen our IT environment.

Profile

Your strengths:

Your profile as an IT Service Desk Expert (L3):

  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent.

  • You have 5 to 8 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.

  • You have proven experience in the management of critical incidents.

  • You are proficient in Windows Server and/or advanced Linux environments.

  • You have expertise in Active Directory (architecture, GPO, replication).

  • You are proficient in virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and backup/DRP environments.

  • You have strong network skills (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall, routing).

  • You are familiar with cloud environments (Azure, AWS) and advanced Microsoft 365.

  • You are able to analyze application logs, interpret SQL or interact with complex application environments.

  • You demonstrate technical leadership, a strong analytical mind and clear communication, even in critical situations.
