Job description

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in defining Happy Hours Market's actions and model, providing the necessary basis for strategic decisions within the company.

In concrete terms, your main responsibilities will be the following:

Develop and maintain reliable, automated, and monitored data pipelines with Dagster, dbt , and BigQuery
Develop and maintain scalable databases
Centralize, cleanse and merge data from multiple suppliers and internal processes to automate the management of orders, inventory, refunds and product quality monitoring...
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to transform business needs into actionable, actionable analytics solutions
Identify opportunities to improve internal processes :
- Automate repetitive tasks for other teams
- Detection of data errors (inconsistent prices, incorrect quantities, etc.) and implementation of product quality alerts
Develop the CI/CD of the Data team
Participate in the design and implementation of machine learning or AI models for prediction and personalization

Profile

🤓 Your skills :

Master's degree in Computer Science or bachelor's degree in Computer Science with at least 2 years of experience in the Data sector
Ability to manage databases and develop data pipelines.
Experience with an ETL tool such as Dagster, Airflow or equivalent
Experience in data manipulation with at least one of the following technologies: SQL, Polars, Pandas or dbt
Interest in operational issues and ability to transform business needs into concrete solutions
Autonomy, curiosity and desire to learn in a scale-up environment
Bonuses
- Experience with: Dagster, BigQuery, Google Cloud Platform, dbt, or Docker
- Knowledge of DevOps practices applied to data
