Job description

Your responsibilities:

As Program Manager, you are responsible for steering the transformation program focused on the creation of a treatment comparator offer that meets the health needs identified among our members.

Management is carried out by coordinating a portfolio of projects related to the program and a dedicated team, in order to deliver the expected benefits in terms of customer experience, operational performance and value creation for both Partenamut and our members. 

The Program Manager intervenes at the program level (governance, coordination, benefits) by entrusting the development of the various products to operational resources (Product Manager / Product Owner).

On a daily basis

  • You will manage the program and the project portfolio by defining and updating the overall vision as well as its functional scope.

  • You build, maintain and communicate the program/project roadmap in line with Partenamut's strategy.

  • You prioritize and arbitrate the projects of the program according to the expected benefits, risks, regulatory constraints and capacity.

  • You will monitor consolidated progress (planning, budget, risks, dependencies) and produce reporting for the Sponsor and the governance bodies.

  • You are the guarantor of a balance between investments and their economic viability in the development of solutions, in line with the challenges of the 26-30 strategic plan

  • You coordinate the contributions of the different departments and ensure that business needs and technical constraints are taken into account .

  • You manage dependencies between projects within its program (front-end platform, back-office, data, compliance, external partners), resolve bottlenecks and escalate when necessary. 

  • You will supervise and lead a team of specialists assigned to the program by defining the team's objectives , organizing the distribution of sites, according to load and performance, supporting skills management and establishing effective collaboration practices .

  • You manage value, benefits and risks by defining with the Sponsor the value objectives (OKRs), setting up performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying and monitoring major risks.

  • You will lead Partenamut towards change and communicate regularly about the programme.

Profile

Your strengths

Your profile as a Program Manager

  • You have a minimum of 7 to 10 years' experience in managing complex programs/projects, ideally in insurance, mutual insurance, or health.

  • You have experience in the deployment of digital health services

  • You have proven experience in project team management and cross-functional coordination.

  • You are proficient in program/project management methods and tools (classic, agile, hybrid).

  • You have a good understanding of IS environments, digital platforms, integrations and data.

  • You have real leadership and an excellent ability to federate multidisciplinary teams.

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, including with management bodies.

  • You make decisions easily, have the ability to arbitrate, and are results-oriented and value-oriented.

  • You are able to manage complexity, prioritize and work in a changing environment.

  • Good knowledge of the regulatory and business issues of social protection / health is a plus.
