Job description
Your responsibilities:
Your mission as an Insurability Manager: to ensure that the client is in order to be insurable in order to open, preserve and close his rights within the framework of compulsory insurance and supplementary insurance .
On a daily basis:
You will check the validity of the documents provided by the customer and, if necessary, look for additional information in order to guarantee the management of their request in compliance with all the conditions of the Health and Disability Insurance.
You open, extend and/or terminate the client's right to compulsory and supplementary insurance in compliance with regulations, procedures and deadlines.
You will answer questions from the customer and third parties as well as deal with any complaints from the customer in their field of activity via all available channels .
You anticipate the customer's needs and offer them the most advantageous solutions in their situation.
You provide and/or request insurability assistance to the various internal departments to ensure compliance with the relevant legislation .
Profile
Your strengths:
Your profile as an Insurability Manager:
You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in an administrative or managerial position.
A basic knowledge of insurability or the mutual world is a plus.
You have an analytical mind and are able to manage a client file in a global manner.
You have very good spelling skills and are able to express yourself fluently in French, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of English is an asset.
You are customer-oriented, have a high level of empathy and are a good active listener.
You have a strong sense of quality and respect for rules and procedures.
You are able to work both independently and in a team.
Your proactive attitude and commitment are the drivers of your professional approach, contributing to customer satisfaction and the team's success in managing daily challenges.
