Job description
As an Insurability Manager/SMA within our Customer Relations Department (PRC), for the Insurability sector, you will support change and meet the new challenges of the department. You will support and develop your teams, participate in the development of the department's strategy and ensure its implementation. You will also coordinate the activities of your departments with many stakeholders, internal and external, in order to contribute to the achievement of Partenamut's strategic objectives.
On a daily basis:
You will ensure the overall management of the teams, managing 5 team managers directly and about 120 employees indirectly, while clearly defining and distributing roles and responsibilities.
You co-construct the department's strategy and its budget, and ensure its operational translation into concrete action plans, with a medium and long-term vision, in compliance with the mutuality's guidelines and the budgetary framework.
You are a key player in the transformation, supporting change and driving continuous improvement, in particular through the identification of risks, the implementation of quality standards and the development of development opportunities within your department.
You will manage performance and results by defining, monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) in order to guide activities and identify levers for improvement, putting the customer at the center.
You analyze existing processes and initiate their optimization when necessary in order to improve operational efficiency and quality of service.
You will fully integrate transversality, taking into account the needs of other departments, organizational decisions and inter-departmental coordination issues.
You will actively monitor regulatory, technological and technical developments, by analysing their impact on your department and, if necessary, by intervening in complex or sensitive operational situations, particularly in relation to customer reactions.
Profile
Your profile as an Insurability Manager/SMA :
You have at least 5 years' experience in team management, with the responsibility of at least 5 employees (Team Leader level).
You are a manager-leader-coach, capable of motivating, supporting and developing the skills of your teams, which you place at the heart of your priorities.
You are a driver of change : you know how to support the transformation and get your teams on board in a dynamic of continuous evolution.
You have already participated in the co-construction of a department's strategy and have a strategic vision that allows you to actively contribute to the department's orientations.
You are results- and performance-oriented : KPIs hold no secrets for you and you excel in monitoring and managing them.
You are driven by a strong customer focus, which guides your decisions and actions on a daily basis.
You are motivated by the Insurability sector. Managerial experience in an operational department in the insurance industry is an asset.
You are diplomatic, have excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.
You have a very good knowledge of the various services of the mutual insurance fund.
You have experience in project management or participation, as a project member or Project Manager, considered an asset.
You like to be inspired by the best practices of other companies in order to enrich your reflections and decisions.
You are based in Brussels and are flexible when travelling to Mons and Liège.
