Job description

As a Financial Assistant, you will coordinate and carry out all tasks related to the invoicing of the Partenamut Shop's customers for the equipment rental part. You will thus ensure a complete and rigorous management of customer invoicing, guaranteeing the quality of the administrative and financial follow-up in compliance with the established procedures and deadlines.

On a daily basis: 

  • You manage the end-to-end customer invoicing process and payment collections from the issuance of due notices to the complete reconciliation of payments.

  • You prepare and send due date notices on time.

  • You will ensure the regular follow-up of payments: control of deadlines, management of reminders and analysis of discrepancies.

  • You check the conformity of the invoices (prices applied, rental periods, accounting dates, etc.).

  • You contact second-line customers to deal with payment plans or disputes.

  • You update the customer files in our system and ensure the accuracy of the data recorded.

  • You identify and report malfunctions or anomalies identified in the flows.

  • You will contribute to the production of the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports of the Partenamut Shop, for the rental of equipment.

  • You provide administrative and analytical support to the Shop Manager ( KPI monitoring, creation of dashboards, specific analyses) and report to the Partenamut Shop Team Leader and assist him in the development of our pricing and product strategy.

  • You work in pairs with your colleague who has the same responsibilities as you, and you will be your mutual back-ups

Profile

Your profile as a Financial Assistant: 

  • You have 3 to 5 years' experience in a financial management, invoicing or sales administration role, ideally in a service or rental environment.

  • You have strong analytical skills, allowing you to detect inconsistencies, ensure accurate payment follow-up and contribute to the production of reliable financial reports.

  • You will be very rigorous and have a strong sense of detail, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of accounting and customer data.

  • You are organized and able to manage several files simultaneously, while respecting the procedures and deadlines set.

  • You benefit from excellent interpersonal skills, promoting fluid collaboration with customers, accounting and the shop manager.

  • You demonstrate a spirit of initiative and natural autonomy, leading you to identify anomalies and propose continuous improvements in your processes.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office tools (advanced Excel, Outlook, Word) as well as an ERP, ideally Odoo, and are comfortable with the manipulation of financial data.
