Job description

As a Health Advisor, your mission includes the following tasks:

  • You establish a climate of trust with the target audiences, while respecting their situation.

  • You identify health-related needs and offer appropriate assistance .

  • You listen to and analyze each situation with a global approach.

  • You quickly diagnose and define the appropriate action.

  • You comply with the rules of use and encoding of professional tools.

  • You proactively contact vulnerable groups by phone.

  • You offer supportvia the field and other channels.

  • You will ensure follow-up, direct to services and partners, and contribute to new ideas for actions.

Profile

Your profile as a Health Advisor:

  • You have a minimum of a high school diploma and at least 1 year of work experience.

  • You are fluent in French and Dutch, both orally and in writing.

  • You are interested in prevention, screening and health issues, and learning complex subjects does not scare you.

  • You are autonomous and proactive.

  • You value teamwork.

  • You manage your emotions well and are comfortable with change.

  • You enjoy telephone contact and have excellent listening and communication skills.

  • You are resistant to stress and pressure, with a good analytical and synthesis mindset and a customer/solution orientation.
