Industrial Pharmacist Officer
Job description
As an "Industrial Pharmacist Officer" (M/F/X), you hold a central position at the heart of industrial operations. At the crossroads of the field, expertise in nutraceuticals and industrial structuring, you will supervise production, manage equipment, supervise teams and take charge of industrial purchasing and the supply of raw materials.
You will actively contribute to the maturity of the industrial operations department in a context of growth. Your main responsibilities are :
Production & Industrial Operations
Supervise and operate the industrial processes for the manufacture of food supplements:
mixtures,
encapsulation,
Packaging in vials.
Prepare and make formulation mixtures in accordance with production records.
Ensure compliance of operations with GMP, FSSC 22000 requirements, and internal procedures.
Intervene directly in the field in the event of an anomaly or process deviation.
Supervision & organisation
Operationally supervise laboratory handlers.
Organize daily work in connection with the production schedule.
Participate in the training of teams in good production, hygiene and safety practices.
Participate in the progressive structuring of the industrial operations department.
Equipment Maintenance & Safety
Ensure the maintenance of industrial equipment.
Guarantee the availability, safety and reliability of production machines.
Apply and enforce electrical safety rules.
Industrial Purchasing & Procurement
Manage the purchasing and supply of raw materials, packaging items and production consumables.
Place and monitor supplier orders (deadlines, quantities, compliance).
Participate in the selection, evaluation and qualification of suppliers in collaboration with R&D and Management.
Optimize supply conditions (MOQ, lead times, logistical constraints, storage).
Guarantee consistency between material choices, industrial process requirements and quality constraints.
Quality, traceability and continuous improvement
Guarantee the complete traceability of production and supply operations (Odoo ERP).
Contribute to internal and external audits as an industrial production referent.
Actively participate in continuous improvement, process optimization and industrial capacity development projects.
Profile
Hard skills
Pharmacist degree or equivalent training with a strong industrial orientation.
Experience in the production of dietary supplements or in a pharmaceutical/food environment.
Mastery of industrial equipment: mixer, encapsulation, packaging lines.
Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000.
BA4 and BA5 approvals recommended.
Ease with ERP tools and industrial traceability.
Soft skills
