Become a Green Spaces - Gardening Team Coach!

Do you enjoy being outdoors, do you have knowledge of garden design or green space maintenance, and do you find satisfaction in mentoring others? Then you are the green service coach we are looking for!

Your tasks are:

Inspire and guide the team
You will lead a team of employees with varied backgrounds. You coach them in the field and contribute to their personal development.
Participate in gardening work
You get your hands dirty with the design and maintenance of company gardens: from pruning and mowing to planting and basic machine maintenance.
Planning and organization
You are responsible for the planning, monitoring and quality of gardening work.
Customer-Centric Collaboration
You discuss with customers on site and provide professional advice if necessary.

Conduct of interviews

An initial interview takes place directly with the HR manager and the operations manager.
Followed by a meeting with the BU manager
After a final meeting with the general manager, a decision is made.
