Industrial Operation Officer
Job description
As an Industrial Operation Officer (M/F/X), you hold a key position at the heart of LEPIVITS' industrial operations. Resolutely field-oriented, this role combines operational execution, control of industrial equipment and responsibility for the continuity and reliability of production. The function is mainly operational, with direct involvement in the operation of the machines, the production of mixtures and the technical management of the equipment. You will actively contribute to the maturity of the Production & Industrial Operations department in a context of growth.
Your main responsibilities are :
Production & Industrial Operations
Directly operate and control the industrial processes for the manufacture of food supplements: powder mixes, encapsulation and packaging.
Prepare and make formulation mixtures in accordance with production records (weighings, order of incorporation, homogeneity).
Ensure the smooth sequence of production batches and the respect of critical parameters (time, speed, load, rate).
Intervene directly in the field in the event of an anomaly or process drift.
Work in a clean room in strict compliance with hygiene and safety requirements.
Maintenance, safety & electrical accreditations
Ensure the first level maintenance of industrial equipment (adjustments, checks, simple part changes).
Ensuring the availability, reliability and safety of production machines.
Strictly apply and enforce electrical and industrial safety rules.
Collaborate with external service providers for specialized maintenance if necessary.
Organization and field supervision
Operationally supervise laboratory handlers and production operators.
Organize daily work in connection with the production schedule.
Participate in the training of teams in good machine, production, hygiene and safety practices.
To be a reliable, autonomous and accessible operational referent in the field.
Quality, traceability and operational rigour
Apply Good Manufacturing Practices in the field.
Accurately document production operations and technical interventions.
Check the consistency of the batch files in the field before sending them to the quality department.
Guarantee the complete traceability of production operations via the ERP (Odoo).
Report any deviations or quality risks identified in production.
Profile
Hard skills
Significant experience in industrial production (pharma or nutraceuticals).
Operational control of industrial machines and powder mixing.
BA4 and BA5 authorisations recommended (interventions on machines, fault diagnosis, safe return to service of equipment)
GMP/GMP knowledge.
Sensitivity, quality and traceability.
Knowledge of ERP
Ability to evolve towards a more structuring role in the medium term.
Soft skills
Strong field orientation and sense of responsibility.

Rigour, autonomy and analytical skills.
