📦 Your missions:

 You will supervise two teams of warehouse workers – in collaboration with two team leaders, and ensure that flows run smoothly and are in line with procedures.

In this way, you contribute to the Pharmacy's mission to offer safe, effective and efficient drug therapy for the patients of the Saint-Luc University Clinics. 

🩺 Your responsibilities:

  • 👥 Oversee day-to-day operations and adjust processes as necessary

  • Supervise, motivate and develop your teams (distribution of tasks, schedules, evaluations, training).

  • 🧩 Guarantee the cohesion and quality of teamwork , while managing any conflicts or dysfunctions effectively.

  • 🔄 Collaborate with pharmacists, the operating room, care units and other internal departments to ensure optimal flow.

  • 📑 Contribute to the development, optimization and implementation of logistics procedures.

  • 🤝 Be present in the field to support your employees and ensure continuity in the event of absence.

  • 🚀 Actively participate in institutional projects and continuous improvement of the service.

  • 📊 Ensure regular reporting to the Heads of Department.

Additional information:

🕑 Schedule : Monday to Friday between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., with possible participation on Saturdays and public holidays according to the needs of the service.

📍 100% on-site presence (no teleworking).

👟 Field-oriented position: essential to understand flows, support your teams and guarantee the quality of service.

Profile

📚 Qualifications and experience required

  • 🎓 You have a bachelor's degree

  • 👩 💼 You have proven experience in team management.

  • 💻 You have a good command of the MS Office suite as well as a good level of Excel (sorting, filters, searches, cross-referencing of data).
