The strategic plan, which aims to project the hospital into the coming decade, is broken down into various actions. It follows from this that it is important for HIS to have a polyclinic manager for Joseph Bracops' consultations.
YOUR FUNCTION
As a Polyclinic Manager, your mission will be to ensure the optimal functioning of consultations, in compliance with the laws and procedures initiated by the General Management, in close collaboration with the Director of Patient Operations.
You will be required to:
- Ensure the operational management of the Polyclinic:
- ensuring the optimal organization of the work of the teams on the site;
- ensuring coordination between consultations with all relevant stakeholders;
- by optimizing processes in collaboration with the other managers of the Patient Operations Department:
· ensure the implementation of projects for the continuous improvement of the service provided to patients;
· develop procedures or adapt existing ones;
· ensure that they are respected.
- by ensuring an optimal logistics circuit and compliance with logistics procedures (management of stocks, material orders, space, etc.) in collaboration with the site manager.
- Manage the workforce in order to guarantee the permanence of the activity:
- by ensuring the framework (leave, absences, replacements, commitments, etc.) and by coordinating schedules;
- by ensuring the optimal organisation of the teams' daily work;
- Tracking staff training and evaluation in collaboration with physicians;
- Contributing to the maintenance of a healthy work environment.
- Ensure financial management (in close collaboration with management control) for the polyclinic for which you are responsible:
- by participating in the preparation of the budget;
- by participating in the development of activity indicators.
- Participate in the implementation of institutional projects or within the Patient Operations Department.
YOUR PROFILE
Your training:
- You are in possession of a Bachelor's degree (or Diploma) in nursing, stamped and registered by the Medical Commission of Brabant.
- You have completed additional training related to the management of a team (executive school or Master's degree). Candidates who have successfully completed the first year of the Executive School or the Master's degree can also apply.
Your experience and knowledge:
- Your background has allowed you to acquire operational knowledge in team management;
- You ideally have experience in a consultation;
- You have knowledge of social legislation (types of contract, leave, working hours);
- You have a good command of computer tools (MS Office);
- You have a good knowledge of the second national language.
