As a Talent Management Advisor, you are part of the Talent Management Center of Excellence: a small, supportive and enthusiastic team of expertise consisting of a team leader and two Talent Management Advisors. The Center of Excellence is responsible for the development of cross-functional policies and processes related to talent management in the broadest sense of the following HR areas: skills, performance, retention, absenteeism,...
On a daily basis :
You are responsible for certain end-to-end talent management processes (performance management, support plans,...) from their creation to their implementation, including continuous improvement, monitoring, and foreign exchange,,...
You ensure the smooth running of the performance cycle in collaboration with the HRBP and the management.
You bring your expertise in Talent Management by advising HR Partners and the business on the processes for which you are responsible.
You will monitor changes in your areas of responsibility for HR trends in the broadest sense, relying in particular on your network (digitalisation, external best practices and market trends).
You will participate in the implementation of the company's strategy into HR policies and in projects related to performance management and feedback, skills, talent management, etc.
You are the go-to person for our digital tools.
You manage, together with the other team members, the team's mailbox : empathetic consideration and proactive response to requests from our colleagues and internal customers.
Profile
Your profile as a Talent Management Advisor:
Prerequisites : mastery of the fundamentals of data (reliability, analysis, interpretation and use in the management of the activity) is an essential prerequisite for the exercise of this function
You have at least 5 years' professional experience in an HR department and have good knowledge in the field of talent management (performance, competence, talent management).
You grasp conceptual concepts with ease.
Your global vision (helicopter view) ensures you an excellent ability to analyze data/information in order to generate continuous improvement.
You have a great interest in data and have a perfect command of Excel and have solid experience with an HRIS.
You are curious about the practices of other companies and are happy to be inspired by them for your reflections.
Your proactivity and pragmatism allow you to formulate proposals in line with the needs of our internal customers.
Your clear and dynamic communication as well as your ability to give and receive feedback make you a positive personality with excellent inter-relational skills.
