Product Owner - Connected Website

As a Product Owner Connected Website, you are responsible for My Partenamut and Login, key components used by more than 1.3 million customers.
You contribute to a complex digital environment aimed at simplifying the user experience, strengthening the consistency of the journey and supporting the autonomy of customers.
You will work in a multidisciplinary squad, in close collaboration with the IT and business teams, in an impact and quality-oriented context.

On a daily basis: 

• You define a clear product vision and a roadmap aligned with strategic objectives, shared with all stakeholders.

• You guarantee sustainable product developments , in line with a controlled and sustainable logic.

• You manage and prioritize the backlog to ensure the consistency of the features and their customer value.

• You will continuously arbitrate between business issues, technical constraints and user impact.

• You design fluid, simple, intuitive and secure user journeys.

• You are the product reference and promote cross-functional collaboration between IT, data and business.

• You guarantee the quality of deliveries thanks to robust, maintainable and scalable solutions.

• You measure performance and make the product part of a continuous improvement process based on data and user feedback.

Your profile as a Product Owner Connected Website : 

• You have at least 8 years of experience as a Product Owner on digital products with high customer exposure.

• You have a solid understanding of digital technologies and an excellent command of Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban).

• You place the customer at the center of your thinking, with a strong sensitivity to the user experience and the value delivered.

• You are able to develop a global vision of the journeys, beyond an isolated product, by integrating the dependencies and cross-functional issues.

• You adopt a collaborative leadership posture, capable of coordinating, challenging and onboarding cross-functional teams.

• You are curious, pragmatic and have a strong impact orientation.

• You are comfortable in complex and results-oriented environments.

• You are fluent in French and English ; Dutch is an asset.
