Business Developer - Early Childhood
Job description
As a Business Developer – Early Childhood, you are responsible for developing and realizing Partenamut's ambition to offer solutions to the shortage of childcare places. By mobilising the expertise of the mutual insurance fund and by collaborating with institutional and field players, you build a sustainable and accessible offer for all young parents and the development of their children.
On a daily basis:
You will identify opportunities for the development of new childcare facilities and carry out a rigorous socio-economic analysis.
You will follow sectoral and regulatory developments related to early childhood and, if necessary, respond to calls for tenders from public authorities.
You will set up effective operational management and governance of the structures that will make up the Early Childhood offer.
You will build and lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team around SMART objectives and in compliance with the resources allocated.
You will work in collaboration with the various teams and expertise of the mutual fund in order to integrate the Early Childhood offer into the overall offer of the mutual fund.
Profile
Your profile as a Business Developer – Early Childhood:
You have solid experience in business development or management in the early childhood environment, in socio-health structures or in the management of complex projects (5-10 years minimum).
You know how to carry out or coordinate tasks related to the strategic and economic analysis of opportunities and the conclusion of partnerships.
You have an ease in communicating with different audiences and uniting around a common ambition.
You are a dynamic leader and have a demonstrated ability to manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve ambitious goals.
You are results-oriented with ease in the implementation and monitoring of result indicators.
If necessary, your knowledge of the regulatory and contextual issues in the world of early childhood may be an asset.
