Job description

Joining our organisation as a B2B Sales Manager means taking a key role in the business development and strategic expansion of Oxfam-Magasins du monde in Belgium. You will be the driving force behind growth in the B2B market in Wallonia, managing a portfolio worth almost €2 million to date, made up of Walloon customers (mainly companies) as well as a network of stores around the world in Flanders. Your mission: to structure, develop and retain these networks, while identifying new business opportunities.

In this high-responsibility role, you'll be at the crossroads of strategy and execution with your B2B sales team. You will have a great deal of autonomy to design tailor-made solutions, negotiate strategic partnerships and deploy high-impact actions. Your expertise will directly drive results and help strengthen Oxfam-Magasins du monde's presence in evolving markets. If you are driven by performance, developing lasting relationships and teamwork, you will find here a stimulating environment where your initiatives will make a difference.

You will report directly to the Sales and Logistics Director and you will be able to count on a team of 3 people, including a sales representative in Wallonia and a sales representative in Flanders, as well as the collaboration of a customer service manager.

Sales in our network of 63 oxfam stores worldwide are managed independently within another sales department
