Business Developer - Partenamut Health Center Network
Job description
As a Business Developer – Network of Health Centres, you are responsible for the development and implementation of a sustainable front-line healthcare offer, open to all and accessible in the territory where the mutual insurance company operates.
Through this project, for which you are responsible, Partenamut aims to strengthen its role in access to care in collaboration with health professionals. This network will support and complement the network of mutual insurance agencies.
On a daily basis:
You define a medical and paramedical offer adapted to the needs of the territories where the centres are located in order to position themselves on both the curative and the preventive aspects.
You design a seamless patient experience, combining physical and digital channels.
You develop a local network of (para)medical providers willing to get directly involved and collaborate with health centres.
You will carry out a rigorous strategic, socio-economic and financial analysis of development or partnership opportunities.
You will build and lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team around SMART objectives and in compliance with the resources allocated.
You will work in collaboration with the various teams and expertise of the mutual insurance fund in order to integrate the health centres into the overall service offer of the ecosystem (e.g. home help and care, social support, home adaptation, rental of medical equipment, non-urgent transport, etc.).
Profile
Your profile as a Business Developer – Partenamut Network of Health Centers:
You have solid experience in business development or management in the medico-social sector or in the management of complex projects in the health sector (5-10 years minimum).
You have at least 5 years' experience in managing multidisciplinary teams including, for example, doctors, paramedical professionals, administrative staff, etc.
You know how to manage an entrepreneurial and systemic vision, combining resilience, negotiation and operational rigor.
You have an ease in communicating with different audiences and uniting around a common ambition.
You are results-oriented with ease in the implementation and monitoring of result indicators.
Where appropriate, your knowledge of regulatory and contextual issues related to primary care activities may be an asset.
