Business Unit Manager Green Spaces (M/F/X)
As Business Unit Manager - Green Spaces, you are the strategic and operational driver of the unit. You lead operations with vision, efficiency and integrity, and translate the company's strategy into concrete goals for your team. You inspire your team, drive innovation, and deepen customer relationships through dignified, sincere, and committed leadership.

Profile
Are you a BU manager with an impact?
Experience in green management, operational management and/or social economy.
You are a strong coaching leader, with vision and determination.
Commercial knowledge and experience in strategic customer relationships. You have strong analytical skills and an entrepreneurial spirit, with a warm human compass.
Socially empathetic, results-oriented and focused on sustainable employability.
Innovative, enterprising and focused on value creation.
Strong communication skills, both internally and externally.
Knowledge of safety, hygiene and quality standards is an asset.

Conduct of interviews
The conduct of selection interviews is efficient and objective-oriented:
An initial interview takes place directly with the HR manager and the operations manager.
Followed by a presentation of a file to the operations manager and the sales manager.
After a final meeting with the general manager, a decision will be made.
