Job description

LEPIVITS, a family-owned laboratory specialising in the manufacture of high-end food supplements and committed to a clean label and eco-responsible approach, is looking for a Quality & Compliance Officer to ensure the day-to-day management of the quality system, regulatory compliance and quality controls related to production on an FSSC 22000 certified site. This role is central to ensuring the reliability, safety and traceability of our products, as well as maintaining a strong quality culture within the team.

Your main missions :

1. Quality Assurance (QA) – FSSC 22000 System Management

  • Maintain and sustain the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).

  • Update procedures, work instructions and sanitary control plans.

  • Monitor the effectiveness of corrective/preventive actions (CAPAs).

  • Ensure regulatory compliance of production operations and premises.

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FSSC 22000, HACCP and related requirements.

  • Manage quality reviews, indicators and quality dashboards.

2. Quality Control (QC) – Daily Operations

  • Carry out quality controls at reception (raw materials, packaging).

  • Monitor and document controls during production and at the end of production (raw materials, mixtures, capsules, capsules, liquids, etc.).

  • Verify the compliance of batch records and release productions according to established criteria.

  • Monitor CCPs/oPRPs and ensure the proper application of control plans.

  • Manage reference samples and stability plan if applicable.

3. HACCP & Food Safety

  • Participate in the updating of the HACCP plan and risk analyses.

  • Contribute to the documentary and operational monitoring of CCPs/OPPs.

  • Support staff awareness of good hygiene practices.

4. Audits & Compliance

  • Prepare and support internal and external audits and FSSC 22000 certification audits.

  • Manage non-conformities, complaints and internal deviations.

  • Propose and implement continuous improvement actions.

5. Traceability and ERP

  • Ensure the rigor of traceability in the ERP (Odoo).

  • Ensure consistency of quality data and records (batch records, controls, releases).

6. Training & quality culture

  • Train and raise awareness of quality and safety requirements among the production team.

  • Train on SOPs, best practices, and internal compliance rules.

Profile

Hard Skills Sought

  • Mastery of standards: FSSC 22000 / HACCP / ISO 22000.

  • Solid knowledge of GMP, sanitary control plans, risk analysis.

  • Experience in quality control (raw materials, finished products, process).

  • Experience recommended in a nutraceutical or pharmaceutical environment.

  • Document management and writing skills (SOP, QC reports, CAPA).

  • Comfortable with IT tools and ideally an Odoo-type ERP.

  • Practical understanding of industrial flows and production.
