Job description

As part of the launch of our new industrial production unit, LEPIVITS is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance (QA) Consultant to support the regulatory compliance of the laboratory and structure the quality procedures according to FSSC22000 and HACCP standards.

The mission is to build a robust quality system, capable of meeting the most stringent requirements of the sector, for certification audits, while challenging our internal practices to ensure a level of operational excellence.

👉 You will surpass yourself in these main missions:

Define, structure and document the entire quality system for the new site.
Implement a complete HACCP approach, including the identification and monitoring of CCPs (critical points).
Prepare and support the FSSC22000 certification : documentation, procedures, control plans, internal audits, etc.
Identify potential points of non-compliance in new production processes and propose concrete corrective actions.
Train staff in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality culture.
Create quality monitoring and traceability tools, integrated into the ERP. 💻
Prepare audits (internal/external/certification) and support the team to ensure an optimal level of requirements.
Challenge technical and organizational choices with regard to quality and safety standards.

Profile

Here are the hard and soft skills that are essential for this mission:

💪 Hard Skills:

Demonstrated expertise in FSSC22000/HACCP/ISO 22000 implementation and certification.
Solid knowledge of quality and safety standards in the agri-food and/or pharmaceutical environment.
Mastery of quality audit methodologies, risk analysis, health control plans.
Skills in document writing (SOPs, procedures, control plans, etc.).
Good command of IT tools, and ideally knowledge of ERP (Odoo).
Understanding of industrial flows and the reality on the ground in production.

Extreme rigor and attention to detail, without compromising the overall vision.
Ability to constructively challenge a team and to take a step back.
Excellent interpersonal and pedagogical skills, especially for staff training.
Strong autonomy, analytical skills, proactivity.
Adaptability and sense of the terrain in a context of implementation from scratch.
